I have a confession to make up front. I am obsessed with uncovering the “tricks” to success. I have studied successful people my whole life, mostly because I really didn’t think I’d be one of them. Then, after I started reaching so many of my goals, people wanted to know how I did it.

As an Italian immigrant, I was pushed through the American school system starting at the age of five. I barely graduated from high school but ultimately I became a successful business owner, an inspirational speaker, coach and trainer as well as a multiple award-‐winning author.

Some people think that they’ll never be successful because they just don’t have good luck. Then there’s the school of thought that you have to be in the right place at the right time or you just won’t ever see success. Another common belief is that unless your family has a lot of money, you won’t.

The reality is that YOU create your own success. YOU have the power to achieve any goal you set for yourself. YOU control your destiny. YOU can do whatever you dream you can do.

As I travel all over the country giving seminars, I’m often asked, “Giulio, why is it that I can’t achieve the goals I want to achieve? What is it that’s stopping me from getting where I want to go?” Or my favorite, “Why can’t I just win the lottery?”

While I’ll agree that some people seem to have “all the luck,” I want you to know that you can “create” all the “luck” you want, too. Success isn’t as tricky as I’d once thought. It’s really just a matter of changing attitudes, mindsets and habits. This sounds like an uphill climb that will take years, but it can be accomplished in just a few short weeks.

The more successful people I study, the more I see that they all use the same patterns to achieve their goals. I’ve broken down my years of observation into thirty steps that I have personally followed to create my own success and I am excited to share them with you. I wrote this book to give you a simple, effective process that is guaranteed to create a new you.

Don’t let the number of steps overwhelm you before you even get started. I promise you that you will move through the steps quickly. I’m going to break them down slowly, but as you use them, you’re going to notice that one leads to another. They all work together because you’ve actually done it all before. You just weren’t aware of it. I want to make you conscious about it so you know exactly what you did and you can repeat it over and over again. Since you’re going to have many goals in your life, this process will come in handy.

Many people sit around waiting for life to happen but you are not one of those people. I know this by the fact that you have this book. You wouldn’t have read this far if you didn’t have dreams somewhere inside of you just waiting to be released.
